Are you operating during COVID-19?
Yes! We are still very much in business during this current pandemic. We kindly ask that you are patient with us, as there might be slight delay to your order. We aim will keep you notified as much as possible. However, should you have any concerns please get in touch with us!
What is Virgin Human hair?
Virgin human hair is 100% natural and unprocessed human hair. It has not been altered with chemicals or mixed with synthetic hair. Each of our bundles are collected from separate donors and therefore makes no two bundles the exact same in colour.
Why do IBH offer hair by textures and not types?
Our hair is sorted by textures and not by types, because hair types such as Brazilian, Peruvian and Malaysian etc., simply DO NOT EXIST, but are used as a marketing tactic to entice the consumer. However, we are aware that there are many who still love to purchase these hair textures, and so we focus on providing excellent hair quality but without the false labels.
How much does each bundle weigh?
Each bundle weighs 95-100 grams.
How many bundles do I need?
The number of bundles you need will vary depending on the lengths and hairstyle you choose. For a full head, a minimum of 3 bundles are recommended. If you are ordering hair longer than 20" we would recommend 4+ or bundles. We also recommend that you buy 2 bundles of the longest length to avoid the ends appearing thin.
How long does the IBH hair usually last?
Your IBH hair will last a minimum of 2-3 years depending on how you maintain it. They will last longer if you care for them and treat them correctly. Also follow our hair care guide and if chemically treating your hair, please do so professionally.
Can I bleach, dye, straighten and curly my IBH hair extensions?
Yes! As this is virgin human hair, you can do anything to this hair that you would do to your natural hair. Just be aware that after making colour changes to the hair it will lose its status as virgin hair for obvious reasons. We strongly recommend that you do this professionally. Any chemical processing can alter the texture, patterns and quality of your extensions. We also advise that you use heat protectant when applying heat to your extensions to avoid possible heat damage.
How do I prevent the ends from getting dry or frizzy?
Always use a heat protectant before applying any heat to the hair. Daily use of a leave-in conditioner is also highly recommended. We also recommend that you wash and deep condition your hair at least once every 2 weeks.
Which forms of payments are accepted?
We accept PayPal, credit cards and debit cards payments.
How long does processing/shipping take?
Please allow 3-5 working days for processing your order. 1-3 working days for shipping UK orders and 6-10 working days for shipping international orders. Please note that shipping occurs after the processing time has finished. Please see our Policies page for full information.
Do you offer collections or next day delivery?
We do not offer collections or next day delivery at this current time.

Can I track my order?
Yes! We will provide you with your tracking number once we have dispatched your order.
What happens if I do not receive my hair after 10 working days?
First check that you entered the correct address and postcode when placing your order. Then you must contact us immediately by email info@ivybloomhair.com
Do you accept cancellations/refunds/exchanges/returns?
Cancellation can be accepted if a request has been received via e-mail within 24hrs of the order being placed. Exchanges and returns will only be considered on items that are within 14 days from the date the order was placed. Please ensure items have not been worn, altered, misused or damaged if you wish to request a return, exchange or refund.
