1. Order Processing

This includes all items listed in our Luxury Virgin Hair Collection, Luxury Lashes Collection and Accessories Collection.

The processing time for all orders in our Luxury Lashes Collection and Accessories Collection is 1-3 working days and for all orders in our Luxury Virgin Hair Collection in 7-10 working days.

Please note:-

All orders over £100 will require your billing and shipping address to be the same.

All orders over £200 will require a signature for delivery.

All orders over £300 will only be processed through PayPal.

 

2. UK Shipping

All UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail within 1-3 working days. For all UK orders that may require tracking, you can track your parcel on RoyalMail.com

Please note: we do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays or UK bank holidays. Any orders placed on a Saturday or a bank holiday it will not be processed until the next working day.

We advise that you do not schedule any appointment(s) until you have received your order. 

Please keep in mind, delays are common in China due to festivals and customs. This may affect processing and shipping time. If there is a delay, you will be notified by email.

 

3. International Shipping

All International orders are shipped with signature confirmation by Royal Mail within 7-10 working days. You may track your parcel on RoyalMail.com

Please note that once orders have been shipped, Ivy Bloom Hair will not be held liable for delays or damage that happens during shipping process. Shipping times may vary during specials, sales, banks holidays and delays at the discretion of the courier (Royal Mail), during which we have no influence or will be held liable 

Please note, we do not ship on Sundays or UK bank holidays.

*Therefore, if an order is placed on a Sunday it will not be processed until Monday (the next working day).

We advise that you do not schedule any appointment(s) until you have received your order. 

Please note that orders sent outside of the UK (Including to the EU) are subject to customs charges such as duty and import tax. We do not cover the cost of these under any circumstances.

 

 

 

4. Cancellations/Returns/Exchanges

Please send your cancellation request to 'info@ivybloomhair.com'. Requests made by instant messages or any social media accounts will not be accepted.

Your cancellation request should be made within 24 hours of your order being placed.

We will only consider items returned for refund within 14 days from the date you place your order. Please note, it is our expectation that all items returned should be unused and kept secured in original packaging. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the items have signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. This means no combing, brushing, washing or chemically altering the hair. Returned packages must be accompanied by the printed invoice, a copy of the invoice would have been sent to the email address given to us at the time you place your order. Please report any damages to 'info@ivybloomhair.com' within 48 hours of receiving items or it cannot be refunded and/or returned. Items must be received before a return or refund can be granted. 

Please note shipping, handling and insurance costs will be at the customer’s expense. We strongly recommend that your purchase insurance and signature upon delivery to make sure we safely receive your order.

 

5. Lost Items/Stolen Items

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notifying you that your package has been shipped. If you suspect that your package is stolen or lost please contact us at 'info@ivybloomhair.com'. We will contact Royal Mail to try to locate your package, please note we will not refund or exchange your lost item.
